About Alexin Healthcare Limited

Alexin Healthcare is owned by 92 GP practices located in the South Derbyshire Clinical Commissioning Group, East Staffordshire Clinical Commissioning Group and South East Staffordshire Clinical Commissioning Group.

This represents over

* 93% of eligible practices within the area in Southern Derbyshire

* 100% of eligible practices within the area of East Staffordshire

* 95% of eligible practices within the area of South East Staffordshire

This is a sign of our willingness to work together for the good of all patients covered by our practices.

The company was officially launched on 18 July 2013 at the inaugural shareholders meeting, and the members tasked the current board with laying the firm foundations required to make the company a success.

East Stafforshire and South East Staffordshire approached Alexin to join in late 2013, with this taking effect from July 2014.

The board is comprised of GPs and Practice Managers, and they represent both the urban and rural perspective on healthcare provision. They welcome input from member practices in person, via this website or by email to admin@alexinhealthcare.co.uk.
